RT-PCR analysis of mRNA expression of β-actin and of cytokine IFN-γ in BALB/c mice treated with AdmIFN-γ. The mice received different PFU/mouse of AdmIFN-γ intranasally and were sacrificed at day 1, day 2, day 3, Lungs were excised and processed for evaluation of cytokine gene expression by RT-PCR.
