Two colour immunohistochemistry of phosphorylated STAT3 and the macrophages/monocyte marker ED-1 in anti-Thy1·1 glomerulonephritis treated with 10% dimethyl sulphoxide in saline at day 6. Kidney sections (4 µm) were stained using two colour immunohistochemistry with phosphorylated STAT3 being stained brown and the macrophages/monocyte marker ED-1 stained blue/grey.
