The total leukocyte count did not differ in CCR2+/+ and CCR2–/– mice. Typical absolute counts for the monocyte population (7/4briLy-6G–) were 2.7 × 105 for CCR2+/+ mice and 0.4 × 105 for CCR2–/– mice. For the mixed leukocyte populations (7/4dimLy-6G–), the typical counts were 9.4 × 105 for CCR2+/+ mice and 3.5 × 105 for CCR2–/– mice. *P < 0.05.
