LGN localization was detected with anti-FLAG (green) and DNA was stained with TOPRO3 (blue). (A, C, E, and G) Interphase cells; (B, D, F, and H) mitotic cells. WISH, NRK, and PC12 cells localize LGN-FLAG to the perinucleus/cytoplasm in interphase and to the cell cortex during mitosis. In mitotic COS, LGN remains cytoplasmic (H).
