Ca²⁺-activated tension was measured at different pCa as described in the Methods for WT-cTnT + cTnI + cTnC (•), cTnT_E162DEL + cTnI cTnC (▴) and cTnT_K211DEL cTnI cTnC (▪). pCa₅₀ and the Hill coefficient values (n) are listed in Table 1. Standard error bars are smaller than symbols. Number of determinations is at least eight for each.
