Distribution of sequences collected in poly(dA/dT)− colon cDNA library. A total of 109 clones from a nonnormalized library and 193 clones from a normalized library were sequenced. All of the sequences were aligned with databases. SAGE tags containing 10 nt were also collected from these clones and searched in the SAGE database.
