The dBEST clone numbers are listed as IDs in this table because a search in the dBEST library under these names will list the r1 as well as the s1 sequences. (The Genbank accession numbers will list only the r1 or the s1 sequence, and additional searches need to be done to find the other partner.)
The C6 cluster was not analyzed because the selected clone (nc50a10) contained the wrong insert. The actual insert was found to belong to the PSSPP cluster.
EST clones from these clusters were not available.
These clusters contain ESTs with a warning for the presence of some kind of repetitive element.
