In conditions when GαGTP transient is produced, its amplitude is largely under GPCR control, while its period is largely under the negative GAP control. Kinetic parameters, other than those shown, are: kass=0.0001 nM−1·s−1; kdiss=20 s−1; khydr=5 s−1.
