Characterization of antibodies to KCNQ4. Western blot analysis of cell lysates of COS-7 cells transfected with KCNQ4 (+) and of nontransfected cells (−) as a control. The anti-K4C antibody (Left) recognized only one band in the predicted size of about 77 kDa in transfected COS-7 cell lysate. The anti-K4AC antibody recognized the same band, but on longer exposures a smaller band which was also present in nontransfected COS-7 cells became visible.
