Quantitative real-time RT-PCR analyses of human TFPI-2 transcripts in normal and tumor samples. The copy numbers of TFPI-2 and asTFPI-2 in several selected samples were determined and normalized to 10² copies of cyclophilin in each sample. The copy numbers were interpolated from standard curves correlating the threshold cycle number (C_t values) and copy numbers of TFPI-2 and asTFPI-2. Each column represents the average of three amplification reactions (error bars represent standard deviation) performed on a single cDNA sample reverse-transcribed from RNA derived from each sample.
