(A) Total granulocytes include Gr-1hi CD11bhi cells (mature peripheral granulocytes), Gr-1int CD11bint cells (mitotic progenitors of all granulocytes), and Gr-1hi CD11blo cells (granulocytes at an intermediate stage of maturation).
