cPLA2 does not participate in STS-induced apoptosis. A, annexin V-FLUOS analysis of STS-induced apoptosis of INS-1 cells in the presence of a cPLA2 inhibitor. INS-1 cells were pretreated with 10 μM MAPF before treatment with 1 μM STS. Cells were collected, labeled with an annexin V-FLUOS labeling solution, and analyzed by flow cytometry.
