  • Doctors (10 participants: 9 men and 1 woman)

  • Nurses (10 participants: 6 men and 4 women)

 All focus group discussion participants (N=34) were interviewed individually. A total of 30 observations were documented.

  • Health assistants and support staff (14 participants: 11 women and 3 men)

 Patients hospitalized in the medical, surgical and obstetric wards (N=30).
