Binding of DAG analogs to β2-chimaerin. Binding was performed by using a fixed concentration of [³H]PDBu (5 nM) in the presence of 100 μg/ml phosphatidylserine and 1 mM EGTA, and increasing concentrations of nonradioactive DAGs. A representative experiment is shown. The K_i value and the number of experiments for each analog are presented in Table 1.
