(C) Purified GST fusion proteins including various NHERF-2 domains (or NHERF-1 as a negative control) were resolved by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-GST antibodies, mAb 32B6, and mAb 33E2. Highlighted in B are the regions of NHERF-2 recognized by the two mAbs.
