Distribution of the plasma cholesterol in the major lipoprotein fractions of the NPC+/+/LDLR+/+, NPC−/−/LDLR+/+, and NPC−/−/LDLR−/− mice. The animals used in this experiment were 7 weeks of age. Plasma was pooled from 8–10 animals in each group, and the lipoproteins were separated by FPLC.
