Immunostaining of normal background breast tissue (left Panel) and breast cancer tissue (Right Panel) for Ang-1, Ang-2 and Tie-2 (original magnification, 40×, 100×; 200× and 400×). A higher intensity of staining was noted in epithelial cells of breast cancer compared with non-cancerous mammary tissue.
