Identification of protein–DNA complexes formed with the minimal binding sequence from VLTRE after TPA, TNFα, and UVB stimulation. Nuclear extracts were prepared 5 min after UVB irradiation (30 mJ/cm2), 1 h after TNFα treatment (10 ng/ml), and1 h after TPA treatment (100 ng/ml, Pharmacia).
