Numbers are signatures with tpm > 3. Unique signatures are those that have a maximum tpm < 4 in any mouse library in the MRT, excluding testis (MoTe.Male) or day 18 embryo (MoEm.MF18). Numbers in the “combined inner ear” column are not the sum of the three inner ear library totals because some signatures occur in multiple libraries.
