Cells were exposed to 100 μM of the diacylglycerol analog OAG in the absence (top trace in A) or presence (bottom trace in A) of the PKC inhibitors (PKCI) Gö6976 (1 μM) and calphostin C (0.5 μM), which were added 3 min before OAG addition to the bath.
