Summary of mip120 and mip40 mutant fertility

At least five independent experiments, for a total of 50–100 animals, were performed for each genotype listed, and the values listed represent the average percent fertility ± standard deviation. Fertility was determined by scoring for the presence of at least one larva in each vial after 7 d at 25°C. (ND) Not done.
