Impact of arsenicals on selenoprotein synthesis in HaCat cultured in defined keratinocyte medium (DKM). HaCat cells were cultivated in the presence of ⁷⁵Se-selenite (10 nM) as in Figure 2 with the exception of being cultivated in DKM. Twenty-five micrograms of protein from crude cell extracts were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE.
