*The mRNA levels of Eps8, cyclin D1, CD44, phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) p85, IGF-I, and serine protease inhibitor (Spi-2.2) in SFK and SFH cells were also analyzed by Northern blotting as shown in Figure 3A ▶ .
