RT-PCR analysis of BM and integrin gene expression in normal and diabetic corneal epithelium. Lanes 1 to 8: Normal corneas. Lanes 9 to 19: Non-DR diabetic corneas. Lanes 20 to 24: DR corneas. −RT, negative control without RT. No significant gene expression difference is observed between normal, non-DR diabetic, and DR corneas.
