Small satellite clusters adjacent to a large cluster with a mixed phenotype. Small cell clusters with a hepatocytic, mixed, or ductal morphology are seen in the vicinity of a large cluster of mixed phenotype. On analysis of serial sections, these small clusters (denoted by arrows) remained physically separate from the large cluster.
