A and B: Podocytes stimulated with 10 ng/ml of Tat and incubated at 37°C in DMEM-0.1% BSA. The arrows indicate cells with modified shape. C and D: Untreated podocytes in the same experimental conditions. The micrographs were obtained by time-lapse analysis of podocyte shape modification performed by digital saving of imagines at 15-minute intervals.
