Detection of the three B56γ isoforms by two B56γ-specific types of Abs. NRK, NIH3T3, F10, and BL6 cell lysates were analyzed by Western blotting using the anti-pan-B56γ (left) and anti-B56γ1/2 (right) Abs. After stripping, the blot was probed with the anti-α-tubulin Ab to indicate the total amount of proteins loaded per lane.
