Primary rat hepatocytes were either untreated or treated with 20 μmol/L TMHF for 21 days. Total RNA was harvested and gene expression was analyzed using gene array analysis. Decreases in transcript levels are expressed as the negative inverse of the ratio of treated normalized to control.
