ISG induction of chimpanzee PBMCs to human IFNs in vitro. PBMCs from naive chimpanzees (X0284 and X0176) and healthy human donors (donors 1 and 2) were isolated and stimulated with 3 forms of IFN. (A) IFN-α (10, 100, and 1000 U/mL); (B) IFN-γ (1, 10, and 100 ng/mL); (C) consensus IFN (0.3, 3, and 30 ng/mL).
