MINA-05 treatment increases G2M population in PC cells in vitro. (A) LNCaP-FGC and (B) PC-3 cells were treated with ½ x IC50, IC50, or 2 x IC50 doses of MINA-05 or 0.5% DMSO (vehicle, V) for 72 hours as shown.
