Expression of cell cycle-regulatory proteins after MINA-05 treatment. (A) LNCaP-FGC and (B) PC-3 cells were treated with 2 x IC50 MINA-05 or vehicle for the time indicated (hours), and the adherent and nonadherent cells were collected and lysed.
