(A) Cos7 cells expressing 3HA-tagged R-Ras and 5Myc-tagged Rab4A (early and recycling endosome marker), Rab5A (early endosome marker), Rab7 (late endosome marker), or Rab11A (recycling endosome marker) were double stained with anti-HA and anti-Myc antibodies and then observed with a laser-scanning confocal microscope.
