Synergistic effect of dexamethasone and IL-1β, or IL-6, on FPR mRNA expression. Saos-2 cells were incubated for 24 h in the absence and presence of dexamethasone (Dex; 0.1 μM) and IL-1β (10 ng/ml) or IL-6 (1, 10, and 100 ng/ml).
