The effect of NMDA on ONOO⁻ production by b.End3 cells. Cells were incubated with increasing concentrations of NMDA for 24 h. ONOO⁻ production was determined by measuring the oxidation of dihydrorhodamine (DHR) to produce the fluorescent rhodamine.
