• Lymphoepithelial lesions
• Follicular colonisation
• Overgrowth of plasma cells in the tips of the lamina propria by ascending CD20+ tumour cells
• Lack of active gastritis
• Infiltration of the muscularis mucosae
• Plasma cell differentiation with Ig light chain restriction
