Figure 4 Interleukin 8 (IL8) induction in CCD‐18Co cells incubated with subsequent dilutions of the colonic epithelial cells (CEC)‐conditioned medium for 24 h. The supernatants were tested for IL8 secretion by ELISA. Dilutions up to 1:10 still induced IL8 secretion. No IL8‐inducing effect was seen in dilutions from 1:20 to 1:200 or in control medium.
