pDCs secretion of IFNα depends on TLR9 in response to both HSVTLR2* and HSVTLR2°. BM pDCs from the indicated mice were purified and stimulated with UV-irradiated (A) or live (B) HSVTLR2* or HSVTLR2° at MOI of 2, or with the indicated TLR agonists (C).
