ZEB-1 and ZEB-2 show a reciprocal pattern of expression in lymphocyte tissues. In other tissues they have an overlapping, but not identical, pattern of expression. Northern blots of different sets of human tissues were hybridized with cDNA probes specific for ZEB-1 and ZEB-2 as described in Materials and Methods.
