Pressure stability of the pressurized, refolded tetramers. TTR (1 μM) was subjected to a cycle of compression (●) and decompression (○) at pH 5.6, 37°C and then, after the return to atmospheric pressure, another cycle of compression (■) and decompression (□) was performed.
