Competitive inhibition of ¹²⁵I-[D-Y⁰]-Drm-sNPF1 binding by Ang-sNPFs to membranes prepared from CHO-K1 cells stably expressing Ang-sNPFR. Membranes were incubated with 100 pM ¹²⁵I-[D-Y⁰]-Drm-sNPF1 and various concentrations of Ang-sNPF1, Ang-sNPF1_3–11, Ang-sNPF1_3–11R3A, Ang-sNPF1_4–11, Ang-sNPF2, Ang-sNPF2_4–11, Ang-sNPF3, Ang-_sNPF4, and Ang-sNPF5 for 3 h at room temperature. Values indicate means ± S.E. (N=6).
