Time course of the expression of NS2 and VP6 in BSR cells transfected with BTV-1 ssRNA. BSR cells (1.5 × 10⁶) were transfected with 2 μg (308 fmol) BTV-1 ssRNA. Lysates were harvested at intervals after transfection/infection and analyzed by SDS-PAGE, followed by immunoblotting using anti-NS2 rabbit polyclonal antibody R658 (A) or anti-VP6 mouse monoclonal antibody 2C3 (B).
