Passage of virus derived from BSR cells transfected with BTV-1 ssRNA. BSR cells (2.5 × 105) were infected with 50 μl medium from BSR cells transfected with 8 μg (1.23 pmol) BTV-1 ssRNA (A), 2,500 PFU BTV-1 (B), or 50 μl medium from untreated BSR cells (C).
