(B) For analysis of capsid distribution, BHK-21 cells were electroporated with in vitro-synthesized RNAs of VEErepL/CSIN/Pac and VEErepL/CVEE/Pac and then, at 20 h posttransfection, stained with mouse anti-SINV (a and c) and anti-VEEV (b and d) antibodies and goat anti-mouse immunoglobulin G-Alexa Fluor 546-labeled secondary antibodies (Molecular Probes).
