Overexpression of SR-BI and SR-BII in Huh-7.5 cells. Huh-7.5 cells were transduced with lentiviruses expressing human SR-BI or SR-BII. SR-BI/II expression was determined by flow cytometry using extracellular-domain-specific anti-SR-BI serum (on live cells) and C-terminus-specific antisera capable of discriminating between SR-BI and SR-BII (on fixed and permeabilized cells).
