Apoptotic cell death induced by TMX and TFP in Fas-negative and Fas-positive cells. A: Fas-negative and Fas-positive cells were incubated in the presence of DMSO alone as controls, 5 μmol/L and 10 μmol/L TMX at 37°C for 36 hours. Cells were harvested in 1 ml PBS and then stained with 4% trypan blue and counted under a light microscope. Each bar is given as mean ± SE of triplicate counts.
