GEC were untreated or were preincubated with AG1478 for 15 minutes at 37°C, then incubated with complement, EGF, or PMA (as in Figure 6 ). ERK2 tyrosine204 phosphorylation was monitored by immunoblotting and quantitated by densitometry. Inhibition was determined by comparing stimulated increases in ERK2 tyrosine204 phosphorylation with and without AG1478.

Negative value indicates a trend toward stimulation in the presence of AG1478.
