Analysis of Shc-Grb2 complexes in normal (sham-operated rats) and ulcerated gastric mucosa. Tissue lysates containing equal amounts of protein (0.4 mg/tube) were immunoprecipitated with anti-Shc antibody. Immunecomplexes were washed and subjected to SDS-PAGE and transferred onto nylon membranes. Blots were probed with mouse monoclonal anti-Grb2 antibody.
