Analysis of Grb2-Sos complexes in normal (sham operated) and ulcerated gastric mucosa. Tissue lysates containing equal amounts of protein (0.4 mg/tube) were immunoprecipitated with anti-Sos antibody. Immunecomplexes were washed and subjected to SDS-PAGE and transferred onto nylon membranes. Blots were probed with mouse monoclonal anti-Grb2 antibody. A: Representative Western blot shows Grb2 levels that formed complex with Sos in normal and ulcerated gastric mucosa. B: Quantitative analysis of Grb2 bound to Sos during ulcer healing.
