A representative panel of low- and high-grade lymphomas were stained using anti-Skp2 and anti-cyclin A antibodies as described in Material and Methods. Values are reported as percentage of positive tumor cells. Single regression analysis demonstrates a positive correlation between Skp2 and cyclin A expression (P < 0.0001). B: The protein expression profiles of MCLs were determined using Western blot with the indicated antibodies (left). Purified recombinant p27 was incubated in vitro with the tissue extracts of MCLs with low (a), intermediate (b), and high (c) protein levels of p27 for the indicated intervals (right). Levels of recombinant p27 were evaluated by Western blotting using anti-p27 mAb. Tumor cells represented more than 80% of the total cells.
