Graft-infiltrating cells were quantitated in the donor hearts transplanted into anti-MIG/CXCL9 or control antibody-treated recipients on day 24 after transplantation. Treatment with anti-MIG/CXCL9 antibody resulted in a significant reduction in the number of graft-infiltrating CD4 lymphocytes, but did not affect the number of intragraft CD8 lymphocytes or MOMA-2+ cells (n = 4).
